catch all your sleep
We’re all super clear that we need to get lots more sleep than we do cause it’s hella important for our health. Right? Buuuuut, that’s not so easy when the day’s stress makes it extra hard - or sometimes impossible - to fall asleep since stress has jacked up our natural sleep cycle.
After years trying everything from ASMR podcasts to headstands (it’s a thing, look it up), a friend recommended Flewd’s insomnia ending bath soaks and I gave it a go.
